For two full decades I was a children's author. In that time I published around forty-five books of various kinds for children of various ages. Books of mine were translated into more than twenty languages, one of them inspired five BBC-TV series, I visited schools to talk to classes, put in appearances at literary festivals, won the odd award, and so on. But that was then. I published my last children's book in 2015 in order to work on other things (see some of those things below).
Now, however, with all the other projects completed, I'm once again working on books for children. Not new ones, though. No, these are my once so-popular Jiggy McCue books, the entire series of which (all sixteen) I'm revisiting, re-editing and updating for the entertainment of young readers of the mid 20-20s.
